The Hemingford Cross Country runners competed on Saturday, September 19 in Alliance at the Country Club.  Times were down for most all of the runners, and we are extremely pleased with that.  Many were able to cut their times by as much as 45 seconds to two minutes.  We will continue to work hard in practice in order to improve our times even more.

Jacob Clouse was the only runner that placed in this meet.  He placed Ninth in the Jr. High Division with a time of 13:40.

Next week we have two meets.  The first meet will be on Tuesday, September 22 in Scottsbluff.  The Jr. High will run at 4:45 followed by the Girls Varsity Division and then the Boys Varsity Division.  We then travel to Gordon for the Gordon-Rushville meet on Thursday, September 24.  The Jr. High will run at 4:00 p.m.  followed by the Girls Division and then the Boys Division.
