Student Council Highlights –

Music Department – Under the direction of Sue Shaver the band and chorus did well in their contest and concerts. Jo Craig received honors in voice and Joe Minich received the John Philip Sousa Award.
Drama and One Acts – The one-act “Shantyland Pool” directed by Lyle Fodnes.
Football – As the new coach, Ed Planansky and the Bobcats capped their 7th non-losing season with 7 wins and 4 loses.
Volleyball – Coach John Cundall and his team never gave up even though they ended with a 2-17 record.
Cross Country –
Girls Basketball – Ended a hard season with 2 wins and 15 loses under Coach Cindy Ahrens.
Boys Basketball – Coach Tim Lanik and his young team completed the year for a 7-13 record.
Wrestling – 10th year with 1st State Champ, under the leadership of Coach Planansky, 9 qualified for state
Girls Track and Field – Coach Cindy Ahrens and her team achieved many successes. State qualifier in long jump was Pam Wood.
Boys Track and Field – A young team of 26 lead by Coach Tim Lanik. Dan Davies and Archie Shipp qualify for state.
Golf –Coach Shaun Adams and his team members enjoyed playing just for fun.
