Junior High Quiz Bowl
PHC @ Crawford. The Junior High took two team s to Crawford. Team one consisted of Peyton, Sutphen, Austin Wobig, Robert Heule, Tim Finnell, Abby Bright, Allison Mekolon, and Natalie Gasseling.
Team 2 consisted of Devon Hanson, Carli Cullan, Mathew Davis, Zach Grumbles, Kaitlyn Kumpf, Jamey Wood, Emily Hansen, and Denton Payne. Both teams competed well for their first match of the year. The questions were difficult for all the teams ex. Who wrote “The Prince”? He was an Italian author and founder of modern political science. Team 1 made it into the finals against Sioux County. The scores were only 10 points apart going into the final round where Sioux County went ahead and won 75-50. Congratulations for 2nd place PHC. Good job everyone!
