2011 WTC Cross Country Meet

The Western Trails Conference Meet and Kimball Invitational for Junior High was held in Kimball on Friday, October 7, 2011.  This was the last meet for the Junior High and we were extremely proud of their times and finishes.  Most of the Varsity runners were able to cut there times from the earlier Kimball Invitational meet.  It is nice to run the same course to see how much improvement the runners have made.  Some runners were able to cut their times.  The wind and recovering from injuries and sickness prevented others from meeting their goals.

The Varsity runners will have their District Meet in Grant on Thursday, October 13, 2011 and we are hoping for personal bests times for the season.  The girls race will be at 3:00 MST followed by the boys race.

There will be a charge for the District Meet.  The Cost will be Adults $3.00 and Students $2.00.

The top 15 runners and top three teams in each race qualify for the State Meet in Kearney on Friday, October 21, 2011.
