Jr. High Cats turn back Lions
Thursday night the Jr. Cats faced off with the Morrill lions which proved to be a very fun evening. Starting off in the B game the cats started out strong with a 10 yd. pass from Jamey Wood to Cole Walters with Walters reeling it in and running for the first T.D. of the evening. Following the T.D. John Mayer found the end zone for the PAT with a score of 8-0. The next scoring drive ended with Wood running to the end zone for the T.D. and Mayer once again on the two point conversion. The cats went into the half up 16-0.

In the A game Jacob Horstman finally found the end zone with 1:31 left in the half and J. Wood making the conversion. With 42 seconds left to the half the Morrill Lions found the goal line and converted leaving the score tied going into the half.
The second half started with Wood scoring on a 24 yd. run and then following up with the conversion with 5:15 in the Fourth. The next score came with Jason Randolph running a 10 yd. scamper to score the final touchdown of the game. The conversion was no good. The A Cats finished off the Lions 22-8.
