PAC Tourney
“On September 25th our Junior High team traveled to Hay Springs for the Panhandle Conference Volleyball Tournament. In the first match against Hay Springs our team played from behind much of the match and came out on the short end with scores of 18-25 and 18-25.
In the second game our young ladies played with much more intensity and defeated Crawford 25-12 and 25-16. In the next match our team played Sioux County and defeated them by scores of 25-11 and 25-18. St. Agnes was the final match of the day for us. We came out of this one on the short end with scores of 9-25 and 9-25.
The players and coaches were quite disappointed with the results of this final match as we know that we are a better team than what we showed in this one.
On Thursday the 30th we will host Crawford in a dual.”
At Gordon-Rushville
“Our young ladies really had a nice trip to Rushville for a dual with Gordon/Rushville on Monday September 27th. In the first match the White team came out on top in scores of 25 – 23 and 25 – 20. This may have been the most resilient this group has been this season. They certainly are making progress.
In the Red match against the Broncs the Lady Bobcats bounced back from a lackluster performance on Saturday to get a win with scores of 21 – 25, 25-23, and 25 – 13. Our serving was much improved and our willingness to pass and set an offense was as good as it has been this season. This group is sending a message that they are beginning to gel as a team. The coaching staff would also like to thank the parents, grandparents and other fans of our teams. They really showed up with a positive support that we all appreciate.”
