The Hemingford Bobcat Wrestling team has seen lots of action in the past four weeks with meets in Crawford, Harrisburg, Bridgeport, Mitchell, Garden County, and Sandhills.

Leading the way for the Cats are Aaron Jespersen and Jose Campos, Juniors who have already had two years of State Championship experience in Omaha.

Jespersen, wrestling at 125 has lost just twice while winning several tourney Championships. Campos, at 130, has also won his share of matches with a few tourney Championships.

Other leaders at the season's midpoint are Zane Jaramillo at 152, Tyler King at 171, and Tanner Lembke at 189.

The Cats have meets remaining at Chadron State, Mitchell, and Yoder before hosting Chadron in a dual on February 5th. Districts will follow at Sutherland on Feb 12th and 13th. The top four placers in each class will move on to the Quest Center in Omaha on February 18th-20th.
