Sutherland Hosts D-4 District
Southeast Team Dual Tournament
In their last warm up before districts, the Bobcats traveled to Yoder for a dual invite. With a short line-up, the Cats focused on individual effort. Aaron Jespersen, Jose Campos, and Tanner Lembke all finished the day undefeated.
Two-time State qualifiers Jesperson and Campos lead the Cats with records of (24-6) and (32-8), respectively.
Brandon Fritzler-Stites has 6 wins on the season, Zane Jaramillo has 11 wins, Tylor King has 10 wins, Tanner Lembke has 17 wins, and Trae Vogel is still looking for that first one.
Coaches for the Cats are Chris Weber and Matt Honstein.
The D-4 District gets underway in Sutherland on Friday, February 12th, beginning at 3PM (CST), and continues the next morning on Saturday until completed. The top four place-winners in each weight class move on to the Omaha Qwest Center on February 18-20th.
