We're Getting Ready for School to Start!
Each year in our school district there are a number of
maintenance projects that take place, for the most part in the
summer months.
The summer of 2008 was no exception, with many
improvements either added or maintained. All classrooms and other
areas are subject to deep cleaning, which includes stripping old
wax and applying new coats; cleaning carpeting; washing walls and
desks; and painting where needed.

Mammoth Site Fieldtrip
On Friday, May 16th, the second grade traveled to Hot Springs, South Dakota to visit the Mammoth Site. We took a tour and participated in a hands on activity. read more
Fitness Group Celebrates Success
Over 9,000 Miles logged in March and April
They walked,
they ran, they biked, and logged many, many miles, all through
March and April. In an effort to keep people in good physical
shape, (or to get some people into better shape) many staff members
in the Hemingford School System have turned up their aerobic
efforts for the past two months.
