I obtained both of my degrees from Chadron State College.
In 1992 I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and
then in 2002 my Master’s degree in Technology.
I have had the pleasure of teaching at Hemingford Public Schools
two different times from 1993 to 1996 and then return in 1999 to
the present. During the intermittent time I worked for
Valentine Rural High School in many different capacities.
I am currently teaching Accounting, Professional Development, A+
Certification and team teaching Computer Management. I coach
junior high volleyball and I am the Student Council Sponsor.
I grew up in Alliance into a family of educators; I think it was
just in my blood, the love of teaching, and working with
kids. My husband and I have two sons. My oldest son is
now a freshman in college at Southeast Community College in Lincoln
and my youngest is a senior at Alliance High School. Matthew
very involved in many activities, so we spend much of our time
chasing him from one event to another.
