THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WATCH ...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH LATE
FRIDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING ...SNOW WILL DEVELOP FRIDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE INTO
EARLY FRIDAY NIGHT.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ...5 TO 8 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY ...NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH. VISIBILITIES WILL
BE REDUCED TO UNDER A HALF MILE AT TIMES DURING PERIODS OF
MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW.

* IMPACTS ...MAINLY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. SLICK AND SNOWPACKED
ROADS ARE EXPECTED WITH HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
