=========================
Hemingford exploded for 28 first quarter points and went on to defeat Ainsworth 48-18 at Bobcat Field. The Offensive line and four hard-running ball carriers led the hosts to almost 400 yards of rushing.
Jon Mayer and Justin Davis each had over 100 yards of multi purpose yards with Jameson Wood scrambling for many more and Kage Jespersen netting some great up the gut yards as well.
Mayer had three touchdowns, With Davis and Jespersen each scoring two. Wood added two conversions and Davis had one for the Cats. Davis had two long distance scores of 68 and 47 yards, while Mayer added a defensive fumble return of 28 yards to his two offensive scores. Jespersen is the Cats power back, and his scores were both from inside the ten.
