Is it a solid or a liquid?

The Second Graders have been studying the states of matter in science this month. This week we read the story Bartholomwew and the Oobleck by Dr. Seuss. Then we made Oobleck. We were split as a class as to if Oobleck is a solid or a liquid. Some suggested it was a "Solquid"!
Oobleck
2 cups corn starch
1 cup water
green food coloring
