Junior High Football Team is Perfect

The 2008-09 version of Hemingford Junior High Football has finished their season undefeated, with a 4-0 record. Coaches Olson and Hiemstra are to be congratulated, as well as all of the players.

Wins came over Hay Springs, Crawford, Alliance, and Gordon-Rushville. Team Members include: Managers Cooper Weber, Cody Larson, and Mason Hiemstra; Players included: Jameson Forgey, Kohl Boone, Kyle Kumpf, Danny Manning, Cash Weber, Brady Horstman, Caleb Milne, Vance Orr, A.J. Jesus, Blake Hansen, Kyle Kaman, Trevor Benge, Kipp Irene, Jordan Glendy, Ryan King, Jesse Savala, Trey Vogel, and Tyler Huddle.

Thanks to the support the team received from parents and fans, and to those volunteers on the chain gang, the officials, the announcers, and the score-keepers. Thanks also to the Cheerleaders and the vocal crowds. It's been a GREAT season!
