Petting Zoo Fun

The preschoolers visited the FFA petting zoo on Wednesday, September 27th. They enjoyed the chance to pet the different animals and even had the chance to get into the pen with the sheep and goats.
While they enjoyed petting all the different animals, holding the baby kittens was by far the favorite. They each took several turns at holding the two babies. They also liked petting the horses and cows
. As soon as we returned to the classroom, they wanted to know when we could go back again!

| 10/06/2006 | i think that it is neat that the little ones get to be involved at that age. It helps them be aware of animals if they don't have any at home. |
