"Deadlines! Deadlines! Deadlines!" are very common words you hear in the journalism classroom. With only 9 months and 114 pages our yearbook staff is always busy trying to prepare a great annual. This year we have a larger group than we have had in the past, containing 11 students. Again, this years' instructor is Kay Horstman.

The group is getting a taste of selling advertisments, promoting the yearbook locally. The students have been around and about going to the Hemingford businesses trying to sell business ads which are advertised in the 2006 yearbook. Eventually the group will make their way over to Alliance to also 'hit up' the businesss there to promote their businesses in our wonderful yearbook!

The group traveled to Gering to participate in a Yearbook Workshop. The group had tons of fun while learning to create a successful yearbook.  Click on the slide show to see some photos.slide show  Jounalism
