A Trip to the Pumpkin Patch
On Thursday, October 19th the kindergarten classes visited the United Methodist Church's Pumpkin Patch in Alliance. The students were greeted by four wonderful volunteers and then divided into two groups. One group did a variety of pumpkin crafts while the other group listened to a pumpkin story. When each activity concluded, the groups switched and enjoyed the remaining activity. The students ended their visit with hot chocolate and a scavenger hunt for the biggest and smallest pumpkins in the patch.

Kindergarten will continue their study of pumpkins next week.
